This map is uploaded to our online portal, providing a clear, eagle-eye view of the entire process.
These online process maps serve multiple purposes—they act as role documentation, training materials, and include step-by-step instructions, videos, and more. Once the documentation is complete, the REKPO.AI team analyzes the workflow to identify opportunities to integrate AI solutions. These solutions may include custom-built AI tools, recalibrated tools from our library, or workflow automations. From there, we continually monitor and optimize the process, ensuring that the individual’s daily work becomes increasingly efficient, sophisticated, and future-ready.
